Terms of Service

Kazakh Stemmer API («the Service») provides a REST API for morphological stemming of the Kazakh language. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity performed with them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from your dashboard.

The free Developer plan includes 1,000 requests per month. The Production plan is billed monthly via PayPal ($5 for the first month, then $50/month) and includes 1,000,000 requests per month.

You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Charges already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Do not abuse the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas, resell access without permission, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind. While the stemmer is dictionary-validated, we do not guarantee that every result fits your specific use case, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
